SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY

My primary availability falls on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. However, this may not always be the case. I may also offer early literacy tutoring for children preschool aged to 8 years. If I am not working with a single family consistently, I offer the option to book morning or afternoon hours, or an 8 hour block of time. I try to keep accurate track of where I will be going and who I will be seeing each day, as it is helpful not only to me and to parents who are expecting me, but also to families who may need care at a time when I am not available! If you notice that there is a time we typically meet, that seems NOT to have been noted down, PLEASE check in with me so that I can get it sorted!

Many families know that I also keep Monday and Friday open in the event of school holidays, closings, or in-service days. However, since these are also my planning days, my laundry days, my hair-washing days, my meal prep days, my grocery shopping days, my vacuuming, dusting, and linen-washing days, my mopping and sweeping, and plant watering days, my testing and changing the water in the fish tank days, my “make up days I was unwell because every child sneezed in my nose last week” days, my sewing, knitting, crocheting and mending days and my building, carving, sanitizing and/or reorganizing all of the fun things I bring with me to share with your children days (oh! and sometimes, they may even be my “travel to visit my family” or “spend time with my partner” days!), I never guarantee that I will have any day between Friday and Monday available!

To see my schedule and availability, please locate the pink button at the bottom of the page, labeled “Schedule and Availablity.” When you click it, it will open the spreadsheet I have arranged like a calendar. There is a separate page for each month of the year, up until September 2024 (when I hope to depart for Italy!). Any spot with initials inside of it is already either booked and confirmed, or there is a deposit pending. If only a time is visible, that space is open and you may contact me to request it. I do not allow online booking, because I only provide care for families with whom I am already acquainted, with whom I have already spoken to by phone and visited in their homes. Each confirmed booking will also have the letters of the town I will be in, on the right-hand side of the box. I share the towns in case a parent has a last minute request— I am much more likely to say yes if I am already nearby!
