Hello, parents. I’m Ms. Elaina, and I'm going to be your child's new "Edu-carer!"

As parents, you don't accept the first childcare candidate to show up for an interview: you spend time speaking with each of them to see if you feel comfortable together, then check references and run a thorough background check.

We all consider the safety of your child to be of the utmost importance. It is crucial to me that I have the same consideration for my own well-being and safety that we all have for your child's. I am vaccinated and work only with households in which adults and all children of age have been vaccinated.

In order to help us learn a little more about one another, please take a few moments to read some of the questions in my post titled “Tell me all about you!” An interview is a mutual process, and the more information you are able to share about your family, routines and expectations, the better chance we have of determining if we are a great care match!
